How does a workout planner work in PerformancePal?
A workout planner sets the session you will do today. In PerformancePal you can follow today’s split, build a custom session, or start an AI workout. The session can be timed or a simple check-off list. A Lock Screen Live Activity can stay up while you train, when your phone supports it.
What are the ways to start a workout?
Use the plan already on today, create the session yourself, or ask for an AI workout. Pick timed work when you want a clock, or check-off work when you only need to mark sets done.
Where does the workout show up after you finish?
Finished work stays on that day with calories and the daily score. The workout history guide covers the calendar view across the week.
Is the workout planner a training prescription?
No. It helps you start and record a session. It does not clear you to exercise or treat an injury. Operated by BETTER PRACTICE LLC. Support: performancepal.support@gmail.com.
Can a workout run on the Lock Screen?
A Live Activity can show the session on the Lock Screen for up to the time your phone allows. It is a progress view, not a medical monitor.
Do you have to use an AI workout?
No. Today’s split and a session you build yourself are enough. The AI workout is one option.
A workout planner sets today’s session inside the workout tracker. Follow the split, build a custom workout, or start an AI fitness coach workout. Timed sessions and check-off lists both count, and a Live Activity can stay on the Lock Screen.
Finished work lands on the daily fitness score with the calorie counter and the step counter. The sleep tracker and recovery stay optional through Apple Health. The habit tracker keeps the rest of the routine visible on rest days.
This is not a training prescription. Stop if something hurts. Workout history stores the session after you finish. Operated by BETTER PRACTICE LLC. Not medical advice.
