What does workout history show?
Workout history is the record of days you already logged. PerformancePal shows the calendar with the session, calories, and strain for that stretch of the week. Use it to see what you did. It does not diagnose overtraining or clear you for the next session.
How is history different from the daily score?
The daily score is today. History is the days behind it: workouts, calories, and strain on the calendar. Open history when you want the week, not the single number on Home.
What can you compare across the week?
The sessions you finished, the food calories you logged, and strain when that data is there. Missing days stay missing. The app does not fill them in with guessed workouts.
Is workout history medical advice?
No. It is your log, shown back to you. Operated by BETTER PRACTICE LLC. It does not diagnose or treat. Support: performancepal.support@gmail.com.
Does history include meals?
Calories from the food log can sit with the workouts on that day. The macro and calorie guides explain how those meals get into the log.
How far back can you look?
The calendar shows the days you have used the app. A new account starts empty until you log or connect data you choose to share.
Workout history is the calendar behind the workout tracker. See sessions, calories from the calorie counter, and strain across the week, next to the daily fitness score.
Compare the step counter, the macro tracker, and the sleep tracker over those days when the data is there. Missing days stay empty. The meal planner and habit tracker explain what you logged. The app does not invent workouts.
History is your record, not a diagnosis and not medical advice. Use the workout planner for today and history for the days behind it. BETTER PRACTICE LLC.
